Zach Lynch is an Associate Attorney at Englander Fischer, specializing in complex business litigation and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery, taking depositions, engaging in motion practice, and utilizing alternative dispute resolution techniques.

Before joining Englander Fischer, Zach practiced as a business litigator at a boutique law firm in Tampa, Florida, where he developed a strong track record of solving complex legal challenges for local business owners.

Zach earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he distinguished himself both academically and through hands-on legal experience. As a member of Stetson’s award-winning trial team, he honed his advocacy skills. He also interned for The Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli (U.S. Magistrate Judge, M.D. Fla.), served as a research assistant for the development of a tribal court case reporter, and advocated for disabled veterans through Stetson’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic, helping those wrongfully denied VA benefits.

Originally from New England, Zach has proudly called the Tampa Bay area home since 2020.
