When it comes to litigation, we mean business
Englander Fischer’s widely recognized litigation practice is renowned for successfully winning high-stakes, high-profile, bet-the-company cases. We routinely handle litigation matters that span numerous industries in virtually every county and court in Florida, as well as the Federal courts and arbitration panels.
Never afraid of the courtroom, a bench trial, or picking and trying a case with a jury, we are known as a go-to firm for complex matters, and we often have cases referred from other attorneys and law firms when a trial is inevitable, imminent or too challenging. We are prepared to engage at any stage in litigation by assembling teams best suited for the particular court, the substantive issues in the case, and the ability to level the playing field with opposing counsel.
We never take our eyes off getting to trial and bringing a case to verdict, which often results in a superior settlement.
Section Chair: Lenny S. Englander
