Gabrielle M. Englander
Gabrielle Englander is an Associate Attorney at Englander Fischer and practices business and commercial litigation, corporate transactions, estate planning and probate, insurance litigation, and real estate litigation. Gabrielle’s litigation experience includes case management, conducting hearings, depositions, and mediations, as well as settlement negotiations and assistance with jury trials.
Prior to beginning her practice, Gabrielle began her legal career starting as an intake specialist and legal assistant, then progressing to a litigation paralegal before attending law school at the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. While in law school, she served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court and Committee Chair of Buchanan County. Gabrielle also interned with Circuit Court Judge Patrick R. Johnson and proceeded as a Court Appointed Assisted Advocate to help preserve the well-being of children in foster care. Gabrielle was later hired by her law school of conduct research on the Infrastructure Bill to assist with finding financial resources to address Southwest Virginia’s pollutions problems caused by Garbage of Bituminous (GOB) piles containing mining waste and coal discarded by mining companies over decades.
Gabrielle lives in St. Petersburg with her fiancé, Jason, and their four fur babies.
