We are looking for skilled attorneys to work in a busy commercial litigation environment. The candidate will meet with attorneys, clients, staff
and/or other professionals to:
- Discuss assigned cases or projects
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Participate in major legal actions
- Draft legal documents
- Review contracts of varying types
- Research and analyze various legal sources for pertinent information
- Document and exhibit review and preparation
The position requires a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admittance to the Florida Bar. Experience in a litigation and/or transactional environment is a plus.
We are looking for experienced paralegals to work in a busy commercial litigation environment supporting a variety of practice areas. The paralegal should have at least five (5) years of prior experience and be comfortable with providing clerical and research support for the cases they are handling, including document preparation, coordination and review, trial preparation assistance and other duties, as assigned. The paralegal should also have experience in filing documents in the e-portal within local, state and federal courts, be very detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and client service skills. Time management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are also a must.
We are in need of legal assistants who have experience in a busy litigation environment and have excellent time management and teamwork skills. The legal assistant will work with our attorneys and paralegals by providing clerical support to the cases they are handling, including document preparation, coordination and review, trial and exhibit assistance, calendaring and other duties, as assigned. A minimum of three (3) years of experience is required for this position.
We are looking for 1L, 2L and 3L candidates to be a part of our law clerk program, both for summer and year-round positions. Our law clerks will get
real hands-on experience working on current matters that our firm is involved in. The law clerk supports attorneys by:
- Assembling and organizing information for legal documents
- Researching law
- Assembling case materials
- Writing reports and memoranda
